We take pride in offering high-quality, protein-rich food products. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Since our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or consumed.
However, returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • You have received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired or tampered with upon arrival.
Return Eligibility:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must raise the return request within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Please contact us at fitgramz.foods@gmail.com or through our website’s contact form.
  • You may be asked to share photos or videos of the product for verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received: We will notify you by email and initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).

Refunds will not be issued if:

The product was damaged after delivery.

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • The issue was reported after 12 hours of delivery.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Replacements are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing fitgramz.foods@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
