ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders placed on holidays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on location, weight and courier fees. Free shipping may be offered during offers/sale.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Metro Cities: 3–5 days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 days
Remote Areas: 7–10 days
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or consignment number via SMS/email.
FitGramz uses multiple courier partners, including India Post for certain pin codes.
• If your order is shipped via India Post, you will receive a Consignment Number (e.g., EXXXXXXXXXIN).
• You can track your India Post shipment by entering the consignment number on the official website:
https://www.indiapost.gov.in
INCORRECT ADDRESS
FitGramz is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete addresses, or unreachable phone numbers. Re-delivery charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If a package is damaged, missing or tampered with, customers must report it within 12 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, FitGramz ships only within India.
