FitGramz provides high-protein and healthy food products including flour mixes and millet mixes.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under parental guidance.

PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, nutritional details and images.
Packaging, colours and textures may vary slightly based on screen settings or production batches.
All products are vegetarian and contain no artificial chemicals unless specified.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Secure payments are accepted through Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets and net banking
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Orders may be cancelled due to limited stock, incorrect information or payment failure.
You will receive confirmation via SMS/email after successful order placement.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned unless:
• The product is damaged in transit
• The wrong product is delivered
• The package is tampered on arrival

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days.
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and the courier partner.
FitGramz is not responsible for delays caused due to courier issues, weather, festivals, strikes, or incorrect address details.
